By keeping a diary of your daily activities and pain level, PainDrainer will be able to predict your pain, based on your own personal data.

After 8 days, you will receive suggestions and advice from PainDrainer on how to achieve an optimal activity balance for you.

Exercising can relieve pain and increase well-being. Strengthen your body with exercises developed by physiotherapists and set your own goals for your activities.

You can also fill in a health declaration and follow how your health develops.
